All business undertaken is subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX, in its latest version. Please find enclosed a copy of these conditions. In addition to the applicable Dutch Forwarding Conditions in its latest version, the principal shall continuously indemnify Air Cargo Consultants B.V. against all claims from third parties connected with any order given Air Cargo Consultants B.V. including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable, and the principal shall provide sufficient security against any of such claims.
